It begins with a 30 minute orientation session via Zoom for you and your dog to get to know your trainer and to discuss your goals for the week.
At the end of the week, we will meet with you again for 60 mins to transfer the role of trainer to you so that you can maintain and strengthen what your dog has been taught.
Day Training can be scheduled singly for $270.00/day, but a week of training is recommended at a cost of $1,250.00.
Some dogs and some issues may require more than one week to achieve the change you want to see.
Day training was designed for people who may find training their dog themselves difficult or too time consuming.
It is also an intensive type of program.
With this program, your dog can receive training directly from a professional dog trainer.
You will only need to drop your dog off and pick them up each day.
Please do note, however, that there will still be training for you to maintain, transfer and strengthen after day training. Dogs' ability to generalize their training from one handler/situation/location to another is a skill in and of itself.

This will include a 30 min orientation session for you and your dog, five 3 hr sessions where your dog will learn directly from the profession trainer, and a 60 minute coaching during which the methods, cues and commands your dog has learned will be taught to you by the trainer.
The perfect option for those with hectic schedules, the Day Training package will save you both time and money while allowing me to work on all of the behaviours needed.
Once I am done, we can schedule a time to meet where I will show you the techniques you'll need to keep your dog's progess moving forward.
Scheduling is flexible, the hours won't expire until you've used them and the training can take place at your home or my training area in North York.
